Ankle Rehab!

Ankle pain can be a real nuisance, particularly if it’s not rehabilitated fully.  Keeping our ankles strong, stable and mobile is critical for daily activities and sporting performance. A wobble board is a great way to help work on this stability, exercise progressions include:

  • Single leg stability
  • Single leg dip
  • Weight transfer between hands
  • Foot taps
