The festive period is a time to relax, unwind and reflect on the year and maybe set some new goals for 2019. December is often a difficult month for keeping to healthy eating and fitness programs, but all is not lost. Below is a list of four key points to keep you on track over the festive period.
- Control portion size
- Try and sneak in a walk with the family
- Try and fit in a exercise session even if its a short one
- Cut back on high sugar soft drinks
